It was true. I had thought that it was just a theory, an old legend that only my grandfather had believed in, but I was wrong. The bright pink glow of them made me feel less afraid. It was just when they faced me and revealed their faces, that sent shivers down my spine. I lifted the heavy lid of the big, creaky chest just enough so that only my eyes were visible from the other end of the room. I watched as they moved, their bright, glowing pink bodies disappearing and reappearing through these old and run down walls.
The mother stood by the beautiful baby, splashing water on it to stay cool from the scorching sun of Africa. The rest of the herd started to crowd around as it went to the waterfall. Her mother slipped hard on the rocks. She stood up and walked back over to her baby, worried. She could sense something wrong. The herd stood there as if they were posing straight for my camera. As they walked out they splashed brown mud on each other to stop their fair skin from burning. They started to run as I saw a lion waiting behind them.

My legs were weak, and I suddenly just collapsed. Everyone ran past me, no one bothered to stop as usual. Mrs Golly, came running over. My legs were paralyzed. She was talking to me, but I just fainted.
I woke up to hearing my mother talking. I turned my head to see a screen. On the screen was a picture of something I had seen at school. It was a picture of a deadly leg disease, ย It weakens your legs to the point where they just stop completely. So that is why I am always last in races, I thought.
I was just walking on the soft, green grass of Havlon Park, when the ground started to shake. I thought it was just an earthquake but it started to shake more and more.ย Suddenly it shook too much that I fell right to the ground. Just as I fell I saw a hand, it came out of the ground and pulled one of the largest trees in the park down. As it pulled it down, the ground under my feet collapsed. The next thing I knew, I was dropping through the ground, getting nearer and nearer to meet my death.
Suddenly I tripped. I fell to the cold rocky ground and grazedย my arm on a smashed beer bottle. I stood myself up, and went to look at what I had tripped over. It was a gingerly kind of yellow rock. It defiantly wasn’t gold, but I think that this could be a remarkable find, could it hold any value? I tugged at the discovered thing, but it seemed to be stuck. However stuck it was it was though, I would not return home until I have it. My family has never been rich, but this could change our lives.
